I Nurture Positive Perspectives

Daisy is a specialised parenting expert, motivational speaker, and child educator with a decade of demonstrable experience in contemporary parenting, child training, and education.

Daisy is a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) candidate at the University of Abuja, Nigeria. She holds a B.A. in English Language and a Masters in Curriculum Studies. She has professional certifications in Emotional Intelligence, Early Childhood Education, Child Psychology, and an honor-code Edx Certificate in Child Rights and Protection from the prestigious Harvard University, Cambridge USA. She is a certified parenting coach with the renowned Jai Institute of Parenting - see parents' coach profile.

Daisy demonstrates great enthusiasm and passion for the development of the female child. She affirms the application of philosophical principles and proffers psychological-based techniques in parent-child relationship management.

She is strong, ebullient, and enjoys the experience that comes with challenges. She combines multiple responsibilities - currently serving as a Basic and Early Years School Manager, and at the same time managing content development for her brainchild project - Daisy parenting: a website with an active blog spot, where she hosts real-time webinars and podcasts for her teeming audience and is also a host to a burgeoning community of web-savvy millennial moms - Daisy Network Harmony community.

Daisy is an engaged advocate for well-balanced societies and peaceful environments and works tirelessly towards achieving this through constructive parenting within her sphere of influence. Over the past 12 years, she has been a praise-worthy companion and mother of four young children. Through the period, she has been involved with a variety of causes as a blogger, speaker, and mentor, including causes for children and parents' self-esteem child rights, and freedoms.

Daisy is also co-founder of NUEFoundation, a non-profit organisation working in her local community and native country of Nigeria, nurturing, empowering, and educating teenage girls to become Africa’s next generation of dynamic female leaders.

She has several publications to her credit: Parenting journals - Evolve, Bold, A Handbook on Parenting Goals, The Affirmation series - for toddlers; older children; parents, and is currently putting finishing touches to her signature guidebook on emotions, titled - I Am Safe.

Before setting out in her career path, Adaeze (Daisy) served as a Training Assistant with the Nigeria Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) and trained as an intern in the capital city of Abuja within the Nigerian parliament attached to the Senate Committee on Judiciary, Human Rights and Legal Matters in the National Assembly. She has also worked as a Program Officer with Action Aid International, sourcing funds for and supporting women cooperatives in Agripreneur and Agricultural Development Programs.
